Wellsboro drops Galeton in 3

The Wellsboro Hornets dropped the Galeton Tigers Thursday in 3 games (25-7, 25-11, 25-11) to improve their record to 3-1 overall and 3-0 in the NTL. Junior Mackenzie Marple led the team with 23 service points, while Junior Hannah Zuchowski added 9 kills and Senior Erica Wilson recorded 8 digs.
In JV action, Wellsboro beat Galeton is 2 games (25-10, 25-18) to improve to 4-0 on the season. Wellsboro will be in action Saturday, September 17, as the host the Canton Warriors.
