Wyalusing tops Wellsboro, 3-0

The Wyalusing Lady Rams handed the Wellsboro Varsity Volleyball team their second loss of the year on Saturday, September 17.
Wyalusing beat Wellsboro 25-22, 25-14, and 25-21 for the sweep.
Seniors Kirsten Florio and Morgan Florio both had 6 kills and junior Jillian Graver had 3. Junior Brianne Keane had 12 assists, seniors Kaeli Butters and Olivia Kurtz both led the team with 4 points, and junior Sydney Tremper recorded 14 digs.
Junior Cheyenne Sherman and Kurtz both made 6 digs and Graver had 3 blocks.
Wellsboro won the JV game in 2 sets (25-2, 25-13) to improve to 6-0.
With the loss, the Lady Hornets fall to 4-2. The team will be back in action tomorrow at Galeton.
