Middle School Volleyball closes season with win

The Wellsboro Middle School Volleyball team closed out the 2017 season with a 2-1 win over rival North Penn-Liberty on Monday, October 16.
The young Lady Hornets took the first set 25-16. Liberty regrouped to win the second 25-22 then Wellsboro edged Liberty 16-14 in the third set to win the match.
Wellsboro's B-team also had a good night, winning 25-22 and 25-23.
The Middle School team finishes the season 11-3.
